OmniCure R2000Plus UV Radiometer
The OmniCure® R2000Plus UV Radiometer is the next-generation OmniCure UV measurement solution designed to deliver accurate and repeatable optical power and irradiance measurements for UV curing applications. Building on the R2000, the R2000Plus combines measurement equivalency with a modern graphical interface, USB-C connectivity, rechargeable battery operation, integrated data logging, and enhanced process control features. These capabilities help manufacturers maintain consistent curing performance, improve productivity, and simplify system calibration. The enhanced ergonomic design and large backlit LCD display provide flexibility for both handheld and tabletop use.
The OmniCure R2000Plus is compatible with additional custom sensors, including the OmniCure UV Cure Ring and OmniCure UV Cure Site Radiometer, to provide accurate process control for precision manufacturing. By enabling the output power from the Cure Ring to be measured directly at the cure site, the UV Cure Ring Radiometer helps ensure an accurate and repeatable bonding process.
The OmniCure UV Cure Site Radiometer provides precise process control by measuring the output power of a light guide or optical accessory directly at the bonding site. It measures the irradiance delivered to the substrate or joint, allowing users to more accurately monitor and control the curing process.
