Our Excelitas facility in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec has key positions in Operations, Production, Research and Development, and other disciplines. This facility specializes in silicon and III-V sensors or emitters including thermal infrared detectors, solid-state lasers and imaging solutions suitable for a wide range of applications such as LiDAR,  research, target acquisition, and biomedical technologies.

Operating since the 1970s, this site is located in the beautiful, rural area of Vaudreuil with a 90,000 square foot building equipped with state of the art cleanrooms.
