- Enhanced OmniCure LX500 Controller and V3 UV LED Heads, which offer industry-leading optical output and built-in calibration support for efficient, controlled and repeatable UV curing. When used together, the OmniCure LX500 UV LED Spot Curing System delivers outstanding optical stability and process control for medical, electronics and industrial manufacturing applications.
- OmniCure AC9225-F UV LED Fiber Curing System delivers up to 20W/cm2 irradiance and exceptional uniformity at long working distances for fiber coating and marking applications. The air-cooled OmniCure AC9225-F features a custom optical design to optimize delivery of UV onto fiber for efficient curing and faster line speeds – showing up to 50% energy savings compared to traditional lamp solutions. Featuring a replaceable outer window assembly for added protection and ease of maintenance, AC9225-F boasts over 40,000 hours of LED lifetime.
- OmniCure AC8-HD (High Dose) Large-Area UV Curing Systems are designed with patented technology enabling exceptional output uniformity across an irradiation area. Available in 385nm, 395nm and 405nm wavelengths, the air-cooled AC8150P-HD, AC8225P-HD and AC8300P-HD models deliver over 15 W/cm2 peak irradiance and double the dose of the standard AC8 series of products. The light source is ideal for large area curing of coatings, adhesives and inks in medical, industrial, electronics manufacturing, wood coating, touch panel/display, solar panel, conformal coating, automotive and print applications.
- OmniCure® AC5 Series air-cooled UV LED systems are designed for small area curing. With advanced front-end optics, these high-power UV curing systems deliver 14 W/cm2 peak irradiance for fast, even curing. The Series includes the AC550, AC550P, AC575 and AC575P, and the P models are equipped with enhanced optics to optimize the dose for short working distances along with a removable window for easy cleaning to support print applications.
