Excelitas Technologies Launches LINOS d.fine HR-M Lens Series at VISION 2022
Ultra-Precision Imaging Performance Works with Industrial Cameras to Enhance Machine Vision Applications
Excelitas Technologies®Corp., a global technology leader delivering innovative, customized photonic solutions, introduces its LINOS® d.fine HR-M Lens Series for machine vision and industrial applications.
The new LINOS d.fine HR-M lens series from Excelitas pushes technological advancements with a ground-up design offering ultra-precision imaging performance across large fields-of-view. Designed with efficiency and throughput in mind, the large apertures optimize light throughput, minimizing critical cycle times in an industrial environment.
It is designed for new high-resolution sensors in the full format (and larger) field as well as long lines (up to 16k/3.5µm) and 4/3". Ultra-fine resolution to the corners of the field-of-view ensure consistent imaging performance across full format sensors and long-line 16K format sensors with pixel sizes down to 3.5um. In combination with Excelitas’ new flexible focusing and mounting modules, the LINOS d.fine HR-M lens series can be connected to almost any industrial camera, enabling optimal performance for a wide range of applications.
Precision alignment allows consistent full field-of-view imaging performance at an excellent price-to-performance ratio. Two versions are available, including one for mag=0.2x and one for 0.09x. The mag=0.2x (5:1) version is very unique on the market and ensures unprecedented short working distances. The high aperture of 2.8 also shows the quality of the new d.fine HR-M lens series.
Excelitas’ d.fine HR-M lenses are useful for machine vision, industrial optical inspection, quality control including PCB and print inspection, sorting applications, as well as 3-D measurement.
The new LINOS d.fine HR-M lens series will be on display at Excelitas’ booth (Hall 10, E51) during VISION 2022 in Stuttgart, Germany, October 4 – 6, 2022.
