Achromats VIS, Positive 40-100 mm, Unmounted
LINOS® VIS Achromats provide reliable, high-quality performance for imaging and beam-shaping applications. Offered unmounted in large diameters from 40 mm to 100 mm, these positive achromats combine two carefully selected glass elements into a single cemented doublet to correct chromatic and spherical aberrations. This design provides sharp, high-contrast imaging across the visible spectrum. With tightly controlled focal lengths and minimal wavefront distortion, these precision-engineered doublets ensure optimal laser beam focusing and consistent performance in a wide range of optical applications.
Our achromats provide exceptional spherical aberration correction, making them ideal for monochromatic and two-wavelength applications. They are supplied unmounted for easy integration into optical systems, with a wide selection of LINOS mounts and object holders available in various sizes.
The portfolio includes a broad range of standard achromats in different diameters and focal lengths, all equipped with a broadband anti-reflection coating (ARB2 VIS) for optimal transmission and minimal reflection.
For streamlined optical design, ZEMAX files are available for download. Each achromat type includes detailed optical data, specified glass types, and comprehensive tolerance specifications, enabling precise and reliable calculations for your optical systems.
