C30703FH-200 - Si APD, 10x10mm, Flatpack without Glued Window
The C30703FH-200 Silicon Avalanche Photodiode (Si APD) with dimensions of 10 mm x 10 mm is designed for extremely large areas and offered in a flat pack suitable for radiation detection. The C30703 Si APD is enhanced for blue wavelength response and has a peak quantum efficiency at ~ 530 nm.
