The C30724PH Silicon Avalanche Photodiode (Si APD) offers 920 nm peak sensitivity and a low-temperature coefficient in a plastic TO-housing.
The C30724PH Si APD is optimized for the wavelength range of 800 to 950 nm. Particularly suited for high volume 905 nm laser range finding applications, this Si APD can be operated at fixed voltage without the need for temperature compensation.
