Fusion UV Belt Conveyor Systems
The Fusion UV DRS 10/12 floor standing conveyors and LC6B or LC6U benchtop conveyors are standard products designed for use with our Noblelight microwave-powered UV curing systems. Chemists and manufacturing production managers use these conveyors to test UV-curable adhesives, inks, and coatings when developing new formulations, evaluate cure response, and assess performance during low-volume or short production runs.
The compact LC6B and LC6U Benchtop Conveyors are ideal for laboratory and R&D testing while rugged enough for pilot plant and production environments. Their compact design minimizes bench space requirements and are simple and easy to use.
The DRS 10/12 Floor Standing Conveyors are ideal for laboratory and production use. They can accommodate a variety of parts up to 4 inches in height. Specifically designed for use with our Fusion UV microwave-powered UV curing systems, these conveyors can easily adapt to specific parameters and feature a built-in exhaust blower for enhanced functionality.

- Variable belt speeds with digital display - LC6: 0.6 to 76 m/min (2 to 250 fpm); DRS 10/12: 5 ranges from 0.3 mpm (1 fpm) up to 152.4 mpm (500 fpm)
- UV curing width - LC6: 6 inches; DRS 10/12 - 10 to 12 inches
- Compact design to minimize space requirements for both benchtop or floor standing model
