OmniCure AC8⁺ UV LED Large-Area Curing Systems

OmniCure® AC8⁺ Series air-cooled UV LED curing systems are designed to deliver 10 W/cm² peak irradiance with exceptional uniformity for even curing. Available in 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, and 405 nm wavelengths, the series features standard models with focusing optics for longer working distances and P models that optimize UV dose for short working distances required for print applications. High longitudinal uniformity over the entire 150 mm (6") to 300 mm (12") curing area can be actively optimized using innovative OmniCure LED module control technology, helping deliver consistent and repeatable curing results.

Multiple UV LED heads can be joined together to scale up and increase the curing area while maintaining optical uniformity between each system. The flexibility to create larger curing areas in a variety of customizable lengths enables manufacturers to improve throughput without compromising performance.
