Phoseon FireEdge FE400 UV LED Small-Area Curing Systems

The FireEdge™ FE400 air-cooled UV LED curing system offers advanced features with maximum flexibility. It includes built-in intensity control options, enabling it to be used for both full-cure and pinning applications by delivering high UV power. This system provides process stability thanks to the patented TargetCure™ technology, which ensures precise and predictable UV output. Its unique scaling feature allows multiple units to be stacked end-to-end, resulting in contiguous and uniform UV output to accommodate any application size. Additionally, the FE400 is equipped with WhisperCure™ technology, which offers a quieter operation while maintaining high UV output in a compact form factor.

The FireEdge FE400 UV LED curing lamp is a compact, cost-effective, air-cooled LED light source designed for pinning and curing inks, coatings, and adhesives. This lamp provides a long lifetime, low maintenance costs, and stable output.
