The FireEdge™ FE410 UV LED curing system is designed with advanced features that provide up to 50% higher irradiance, power, and dose than the original FireEdge FE400. These features are particularly beneficial for customers seeking faster processing speeds to enhance throughput while still enjoying the compact design of the FE400. Designed for full cure and pinning applications, the FireEdge FE410 includes built-in intensity control options suitable for inkjet pinning, 3D printing, and adhesive curing tasks. The segment control feature also saves users energy while achieving more precise UV coverage when necessary.

The Phoseon FireEdge FE410 UV LED small-area curing system offers customers process stability through its patented TargetCure technology, which delivers precise and predictable UV output. Its unique scaling feature allows the units to be stacked “end-to-end,” ensuring contiguous and uniform UV output that accommodates any application size.

Additionally, the FireEdge FE410 is equipped with WhisperCure technology, which offers quieter operation while maintaining high UV output in a compact form factor.
