Solar Simulation Flashlamps

Solar Simulation Flashlamps

Xenon flashlamps emit a broad spectrum from ultraviolet to infrared similar to sunlight which makes it an ideal light source for sun simulation used in various applications such as solar cells or module testing, as well as weathering or material testing. Excelitas flashlamps are designed and manufactured to match the specific spectral and optical requirements for solar simulation. Well recognized for high flash stability and uniform output, our linear flashlamps are widely used for solar simulations and can be operated in pulsed or CW mode.

Key Features:

  • Linear and ring shape; other shapes are also available
  • Spectral output from UV to IR
  • Suitable for water or air cooling
  • Long pulse operation
  • Customized designs and assemblies available
