TPG3AU1S04 – 905 nm Triple-Cavity 100 µm Edge-Emitting Laser in TO-56

The Excelitas TPG3AU1S04 905 nm pulsed laser diode delivers an optical power output of 54 W at a current of 18 A. It effectively bridges the gap between mid-range and high-power time-of-flight (ToF) systems. It features an emission area of 100 × 10 µm, allowing for efficient thermal management and consistent beam performance, even under prolonged high-load operation. With a forward voltage of 10 V, it enhances energy efficiency while ensuring strong and reliable signal return for LiDAR and industrial sensing over extended distances.

The Excelitas TPG3AU1S04 pulsed laser diode offers a peak output of 54 W and features a wide 100 × 10 µm aperture. This laser is designed to provide the power and beam uniformity necessary for demanding Time-of-Flight (ToF) and LiDAR systems. Positioned between compact and ultra-high-power variants, this pulsed laser diode is optimized for extended range, system stability, and low power consumption, thanks to its 10 V forward voltage. It is an ideal choice for applications that require consistent long-range performance without the demands of a 120W laser.
